Hai Friends,
After installing the dynamics NAV 2016 so many of you may or may not be get the error while logging into RTC client error is Permissions error like below
" Either the caller does not have the required permission or the specified path is read-only.".
So for that we need to do the two processes.
Process 1:
Give the Permission to the Services folder Like below.
1) Go to This Path C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\90|Service
2) Right click on the service folder go to Properties
3) in properties Select Security TAB. click on edit button and check whether premissions are there are not. If not give the full permissions .
4) Then ok and restart the services.
After this steps only not resolved go to process 2
Process 2:
This process 2 is for after installing only service account is not created for the NAV 2016. For tha follow below process
Create the service account for that user folder like below path is
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\90\Server\MicrosoftDynamicsNavServer$DynamicsNAV90\users
1) Right click on users folder go to properties.
2) Select security TAB. and click on EDIT button Then click on Add button.
3)In that Accounts & user groups you need to select your service account. Then click on OK. restart the services.
Then it's working.

ReplyDeleteWhile i am attaching any PDF Copy in navision 2016, the user is getting the error .
